What's a Bumpus?

Many years ago we adopted a pound puppy. He was a stray with a bad leg, probably hit by a car. He had been in the shelter for at least two months. It only took one visit and we knew he was the one for us. It was Christmas time and we love the movie "A Christmas Story." You may recall the neighbor's dogs were the Bumpus hounds. Given the season and his bad leg (he kind of bumps along), Bumpus was the perfect choice.

Bumpus turned out to be the best canine buddy ever!  At Bumpus Consulting, we embrace the qualities that made Bumpus the best...smart, loyal and dependable.
